Not, by kayemnic
Been grooving on these short, piercing bits from kayemnic for a while now. They have some wonderful pieces that utilize layering such as this one, layering that both enhances and subtly alter the meaning. Love playing with that in audio…and was very privileged that the author allowed me to play with and post this one.

Late October, by Diane Havens
Sometimes it’s very difficult for me to stop my summer watering regime as my garden goes to seed. It set me thinking of so many things at this point in my life, and when it’s better to stop and “trust the rain.”
Tom Jones Book X Ch 7, by Henry Fielding
Read by Mark Turetsky
Book 10 Chapter 7 of Tom Jones.
This is part of an ongoing project in which I will record and post one chapter per week of Henry Fielding’s Tom Jones over the course of four years.
In this chapter, we finally conclude the events at the Inn at Upton. It turns out the mystery man who arrived at the end of the last chapter is Western! And he’s in hot pursuit of Sophia. He finds Jones and immediately wants to try him for theft (of the muff) and kidnapping. However, Susan the servant girl saves Tom’s neck by interceding and confessing all that Sophia did and told her. Western leaves in a hurry to find Sophia, Jones as well, and Mrs. Waters takes the coach to Bath with the Irishman Mr. Fitzpatrick.
